Webly is a small web design and development studio. This page explains what information we collect through our website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. This page is maintained by the Webly team.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you submit our contact form or project questionnaire, we collect the name, email, business details, and project description you provide.
• Files you upload. If you attach logos, photos, or other files in the project questionnaire, we store them securely so we can review them for your project.
• Basic usage information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) may be recorded for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and run your project. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

Who can access it

Only the small Webly team can view submissions. We use trusted infrastructure providers to host our site, database, and file storage; those providers process the data on our behalf under their own security controls.

How long we keep it

Project submissions are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for active or prospective work. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You can request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@teamwebly.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Big changes will be flagged in a notice on our homepage.
